LÍBÉRÉ  STORY

 

Often times you question your purpose in life and true responsibilities.  You also wonder, how do I contribute to society?

 

We sat and thought to ourselves, how many of our contributions are created by others?

 

My wife and I realized many of our contributions were determined and guided by others. This made us realize how important it is to define our contributions to society. 

 

That’s when LÍBÉRÉ was born. 

 

Growing up in Haiti education was valued.  The value came by way of love and commitment in a non-traditional manner. From an institutional perspective, funding has always been a challenge.  The commitment of those who dedicate their lives to ensure children get a chance at life is priceless.  As a kid, I was able to benefit from the commitment of others.  These values were provided in the classroom.

 

LÍBÉRE will serve as a platform to enable us the opportunity to contribute to ongoing education efforts in Haiti on a larger scale.
